Several different companies turned out different versions of this toy in the early- to mid-eighties, but the basic concept was the same. It was like a busy box for the tub instead of the crib. You stuck it on with suction cups. Usually came with a removable plastic scoop or cup. Pouring water into chambers at the top would activate different movements, like a rocking sailboat, peek-a-boo octopus, spitting whale or spinning water wheel.
